1. 11 to 13 Nov 2013 -  66 th Annual General Meeting held at HQ AIGEWA chaired by Col B S Khattri .
2. 13 Nov 2013  -  Trinnial elections for the Office Bearers held 7 the following elected :-

          (a)  President  - DIG & Ex Maj V S Thapa

          (b)  Sr Vice President  - Col (retd ) M S Thakur

          (c)  Vice President Western Sector  -  H/Lt B S Gurung

          (d)  Vice President North Eastern Sector  -  Sub( retd )  Subodh Joshi

          (e)  Legal Advisor (nominated)  -  Lt Col (retd)  V K Sharma

     3.  12 Dec 2013  -  Rs 4.65 lacs sanctioned by the KSB for the construction of retaining wall &                      extension to the existing boundary wall .

     4.  21 Dec 2013  - Tender Opening Board completed & cotract awarded to Shakti Constructions.              5.  28 Dec 2013  -  Work on the sanctioned minor works commences.

     6.  01 Jan 2014   -  Full  flledged Affiliation to SIRMOUR GORKHA ASSOCIATION as                     member of the AIGEWA accorded .

     7.  20& 28 Feb 2014  -  Work on retaining wall & boundary wall completed .

     8.  26 Feb 2014  -  Col Shiel Joshi Dir CW-6 AG s Branch AHQ alongwith Lt Col Shakti Kumar Singh           Dy Comdt GRTU vis HQ AIGEWA.
